Painkiller XL is optimised for fast growth and high yields. Flowering runs 8 to 9 weeks, producing up to 550 g/m² indoors and 550 g per plant outdoors. Plants typically reach 60 to 100 cm indoors, while outdoor plants grow to 135 cm. The feminised seeds ensure that only female plants are produced, which maximises the yield potential. Harvest occurs in late September.

Grower tips:

• This is a photoperiod strain, so light schedule management is part of growing it, unlike the autoflowers elsewhere in our range.
• The compact indoor height suits a standard tent at 60 to 100 cm.
• Cure properly. The lemon and diesel notes in this strain develop with a proper cure and are muted without one.

Storage: keep the seeds in a cool, dark place, preferably in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Not the freezer.

Germination: use the glass or tissue method.

• Glass method: soak the seed in a glass of room-temperature water for 12 to 24 hours. If the first root hasn't appeared yet, move it onto moist tissue. Never leave a seed in water for more than 48 hours.
• Tissue method: place the seed between two sheets of moist tissue in a warm, dark place and check daily.
• Once the first root (taproot) appears, transfer the seed to soil.
