1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Gr8bake.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products from Gr8bake.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country and in Malta.

3. Products & Compliance

Please refer to each product page for product specifications and available supporting documentation.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are legal to purchase in their own jurisdiction.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Cash on delivery is our preferred payment method. Bank transfer (BOV or another bank) can be arranged on request.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all orders.

5. Delivery

Deliveries are made to Malta and Gozo. Collection is available by arrangement. Delivery fees, times and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, and delivery times are confirmed after you order.
An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery and may be asked for ID.
Orders will not be left unattended.

6. Returns & Refunds

See our Refunds, Returns & Seed Germination Guarantee for your cancellation and return rights and our additional seed germination guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gr8bake.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
You use products at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

All content, images, and trademarks on Gr8bake.com are the property of Thomas Grima, sole trader trading as M and C Supplies or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
