Delivery Areas & Fees

• Malta: Flat rate delivery fee of €7.50 per order. Orders placed before 2:00pm are eligible for same-day delivery; orders after 2:00pm will be delivered the next business day.
• Gozo: Flat rate delivery fee of €10.00 per order. Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 10:00am; orders after 10:00am will be delivered the next business day.

General Delivery Terms

• Discreet Packaging: All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy.
• Recipient Requirements: An adult (18+) must be present to receive the order and may be asked for ID. Orders will not be left unattended.
• Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message with estimated delivery time after placing your order.
• Missed Deliveries: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.
• No Deliveries on Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
