Shipping policy
Delivery Areas & Fees
We deliver across Malta and Gozo.
- Malta: Flat delivery fee: €7.50 per order. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before approximately 3pm, subject to driver availability. Otherwise, delivery is normally the next business day. We confirm your delivery time after you order.
- Gozo: Flat delivery fee: €10.00 per order. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 10am. Otherwise, delivery is normally the next day. We confirm your delivery time after you order.
- Collection is available by arrangement. We share the collection point once your order is confirmed.
- Payment: Cash on delivery is our preferred payment method. Bank transfer (BOV or another bank) can be arranged on request.
General Delivery Terms
- Discreet Packaging: All orders are packed in plain, unmarked packaging for privacy.
- Recipient Requirements: An adult (18+) must be present to receive the order and may be asked for ID. Orders will not be left unattended.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation message with estimated delivery time after placing your order.
- Missed Deliveries: If you are not present at the time of delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your phone number and address are correct to avoid delays.
- No Deliveries on Public Holidays: Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
