Perishable & Fresh Goods

Many of our products, including baked goods, edibles, and other fresh or perishable items—are excluded from the standard EU 14-day right to cancel and return. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Perishable Goods

For non-perishable items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Exclusions

  • Opened, used, or perishable goods (including all fresh baked goods and edibles) cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.
