Do you sell THC cannabis to smoke?
No, and any shop in Malta that claims to is worth being skeptical of. Ready-to-consume cannabis is only legal through associations licensed by ARUC. What we offer is the legal do-it-yourself route: seeds for your own home grow (up to four plants per household), plus CBD flowers under 0.2% THC.
Are you a cannabis association (CHRA)?
No. We’re an independent Maltese retailer of seeds, CBD flowers and grow supplies. Buying ready-to-consume cannabis in Malta is only legal through an association licensed by ARUC growing your own at home is the path we serve.
Is it legal to buy cannabis seeds in Malta?
Yes. Seeds can be bought legally, and since 2021 adults in Malta may grow up to four plants per household for personal use under Chapter 628. Plants must not be visible from public spaces and cannabis may not be sold or shared.
Is GR8BAKE strictly for customers aged 18+?
Yes, all products are strictly for adults aged 18 or over.

How does the germination guarantee work?
Use the glass or tissue germination method, document it with photos and days waited, and we’ll replace seeds that genuinely fail. Direct sowing isn’t covered.
