Growth and Cultivation

This feminised strain is beginner-friendly, growing up to 1.5 m and thriving in both indoor and outdoor setups. With a flowering period of 8 to 10 weeks, it delivers 500 to 600 g/m² indoors and 600 to 800 g per plant outdoors. Its resilience and heavy yields make it a reliable choice for growers at any skill level.

Grower tips:

  • It responds well to topping or LST to maximise yields.
  • It performs best in nutrient-rich soils but adapts well to hydroponics.
  • Keep temperatures steady during flowering to preserve the terpenes.
Storage and Germination

Storage: keep the seeds in a cool, dark place, preferably in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Not the freezer.

Germination: use the glass or tissue method.

  • Glass method: soak the seed in a glass of room-temperature water for 12 to 24 hours. If the first root hasn't appeared yet, move it onto moist tissue. Never leave a seed in water for more than 48 hours.
  • Tissue method: place the seed between two sheets of moist tissue in a warm, dark place and check daily.
  • Once the first root (taproot) appears, transfer the seed to soil.
  • Seeds sown directly into soil are not covered by our germination guarantee.

Product FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this an autoflower?

No. It is a feminised photoperiod, so the light cycle needs changing to trigger flowering.

Is it suitable for a first-time grower?

Yes. It is described as beginner-friendly and resilient, and it performs both indoors and outdoors. The main thing to plan for is the light cycle change, since this is a photoperiod rather than an autoflower.

How tall does it grow?

Up to 1.5 m. It responds well to topping or LST if you need to manage the height indoors.

Can I grow it in hydro?

Yes. It performs best in nutrient-rich soils but adapts well to hydroponics.

How much can it yield?

500 to 600 g/m² indoors, and up to 800 g per plant outdoors under optimal conditions.

How strong is Mochi Gelato?

It contains 20 to 25% THC.

Is the delivery packaging discreet?

Yes. Orders arrive in plain outer packaging with no reference to the contents, delivered across Malta with cash on delivery available.
