Grow tips:

• Optimal soil. Use a mix of coco coir, perlite and worm castings for good drainage and nutrient uptake.
• Temperature. Maintain 23°C to 26°C during the day and 18°C to 22°C at night for optimal growth.
• Lighting. Use full-spectrum LED lights with an 18 to 20 hour light cycle per day.
• Nutrients. Provide nitrogen-rich nutrients during the vegetative stage, then switch to bloom nutrients higher in phosphorus and potassium during flowering.
• Training techniques. Apply low stress training (LST) and screen of green (SCROG) to maximise yields.
