Saturday deliveries
Gozo weekend runs happen on Saturdays only, and they have to be set up in advance. Message us on Friday evening with your order and address and we'll confirm whether it can go out. Leave it until Saturday morning and the next slot is Monday.
Paying
Cash on delivery is available across Gozo, so you can pay the courier at the door, bring the exact amount if you can. Card payment at checkout and bank transfer both work too; a transfer adds a day because we dispatch once it clears.
Summer deliveries
Between June and September, chocolate and baked items travel in cold storage. Even so, the parcel can sit in a warm hallway once it arrives, so put it somewhere cool as soon as you get it. What arrives
A plain outer box with no branding or product names. Inside, sealed retail packaging showing the brand, the piece count and the strength per piece. Someone over 18 needs to take the delivery, particularly when paying cash.
Check the seal, the piece count and the strength when it arrives. If anything looks wrong, message us the same day with the batch number.
